Nigel Jaquiss, 42, the son of the late Donald and
Georgi Jaquiss, graduated from New Harmony High
School in 1980 is now a Pulitzer Prize-winning
journalist.

Nigel, a reporter for Willamette Week, a weekly
publication in Portland, Ore., was named winner of
this year's Pulitzer Prize for investigative
journalism. He wrote a series of reports
documenting three years of sexual misconduct by
Neil Goldschmidt, a former Portland mayor, Oregon
governor and Transportation Secretary under
President Carter.
