| New Harmony Distinguished Alumnus Award |
In 2005 we started a new tradition for our annual New
Harmony Alumni Weekend. We presented the first annual
Distinguished Alumnus Award. The school's highest accolade
reserved solely for its alumni, this award provides recognition
for outstanding achievements by the men and women of New
Harmony School. We will continue this tradition for 2009 and
are currently taking nominations (Deadline: April 1, 2009).
In order to receive this honor, the awardee shall have been
outstanding in his or her chosen field of endeavor and/or the
awardee shall have made significant contributions benefitting
his or her community, state, nation, and school.
This award will be displayed in the halls of NHHS for our young
Rappites and visitors to recognize the accomplishments of New
Harmony Alumni.
